ENGINEERING GRADE EPOXY ADHESIVE

1. Before mixing, bonding surfaces must first be clean, dry and free of oil, grease or wax. Best bond result when surface are thoroughly roughened with emery cloth or fine sandpaper and then solvent cleaned, before the EPOXI-PATCH is applied.

2. Mix the two equal parts EPOXI-PATCH Tube A (Resin) and Tube B (Hardener) on any clean, dry, flat mixing surface.

3. Mix rapidly and thoroughly-not over one minute to blend the two components into a smooth, uniform colour. Apply at once.

4. For best result, the article to be bonded should be clamped or apply some pressure for 5-10 minutes so as to squeeze out the excess EPOXI-PATCH.
